Klavyio Quiz Flow Logic

This workflow was intricately crafted to complement a client’s custom-built quiz, designed to recommend herbal supplements based on user responses. Initially, there was a challenge with the automated email not accurately reflecting the recommended supplements due to issues with Klaviyo’s handling of quiz data strings.

To address this, the flow was reconstructed. Custom fields were strategically populated using the quiz data string, ensuring accurate representation. Contacts passing through these custom field logic flows had their results meticulously saved to their profiles. Subsequently, the automated email seamlessly utilized this information to determine the appropriate section for display, resolving the issue and enhancing the overall user experience.
